Responsive home buying vision state, internal tools, service blueprints
I worked across both sides of the company building a direct to purchase vision state for the C-Suite to enable customers to buy homes as easily as a e-commerce platform. At the same time I built the internal tools and systems to support that objective successfully. This resulted in +$48m in added revenue for Better in 2021.
Shake Shack
iOS, Android, Kiosk (tablet), and internal tools
I worked on a small team to redesign the suite of Shake Shack products in order to bring them to a new level of fidelity and improve accessibility. I also developed and tested in-store experiences to continue improving for the customer and employees.
