Shake Shack

Due to outstanding NDAs I’m not able to publicly showcase a number of projects that I’ve worked on with Shake Shack. This video outlines some of our efforts that we’ve made to optimize the Shake Shack experience for not only the customers, but for the company as well. 

Our efforts resulted in industry-wide recognition in the fast-casual arena as well as multiple awards, including Best in Show from the W3 awards in 2019.
